How long does it take for my BUSINESS card to be issued?

The newly ordered and/or reissued cards and the PIN (unless it is generated using the OTP) are provided within 2 (two) business days following submission of the card application, if you choose to pick them up at any of the Yerevan-based branches. If you choose to pick up the card at any regional branch, it may be provided within 7 (seven) business days. You may also request card delivery, in which case the delivery period will depend on the conditions of the courier company.

What should I do when my card expires?

Upon expiry of the card validity period it will be re-issued (subject to the then-effective terms and fees), unless you informed us in writing of your intention to close the card at least 10 (ten) days in advance, or your card is blocked, or you have outstanding obligations to the Bank, or we make a decision not to re-issue the card at our sole discretion.
