What to do first?

To start using the brokerage services, you just need to visit Ameriabank’s head office (2 Vazgen Sargsyan St., Kamar business center, Yerevan). The Broker will consult you and, should you choose to do so, you will then open a brokerage account. Because of the situation with coronavirus, you can open a brokerage account either at any branch of Ameriabank or by sending an application via Internet-Bank system. In the latter case, the Broker will provide online advice.

What documents do I have to provide for opening of a brokerage account?

If you are an Ameriabank client, only your passport or ID card will be enough for opening of a brokerage account. If you intend to make use of Ameria Global Trading system, a document evidencing your address will be also required when executing agreements. As such, our partners accept a real estate ownership certificate, a vehicle registration certificate or a utility bill issued in your name. If you are not an Ameriabank client, the social card will also be required besides the passport, or just an ID card will do.

Does any service fee apply?

You pay commission for brokerage services. Therefore, no service fee applies as such. When making use of brokerage services, you use custodian services as well, for which an annual fee of AMD 5000 is charged at the end of the respective time period. How much money will I need to start with?

There is no minimum deposit required for brokerage services, with the exception of Forex transactions, for which, according to CBA Regulation 4/07, the minimum deposit amount for resident clients is USD equivalent to AMD 5 M, for non-resident clients - USD equivalent to AMD 2,5 M.

How can I top up my brokerage account?

You can top up your brokerage accounts: a) online, via Internet-Bank system, by means of a transfer from your settlement account to the brokerage account; b) at any branch of Ameriabank; c) by means of a transfer from your account held with another bank to your brokerage account.

How can I top up my terminal account?

You can top up your terminal accounts: a) online, via Internet-Bank system, by means of a transfer from your settlement account to the terminal  account; b) at any branch of Ameriabank; c) by means of a transfer from your account held with another bank to your terminal  account.
