The aim of phone banking is to enable you to perform banking transactions over the phone, without visiting the bank.

Our services are available to you via phone anywhere any time.

To activate the service you need to visit Ameriabank once and sign the agreement after which Ameria Phone Banking password will be sent to the mobile number specified by you in the agreement.

How to activate the service if I am an Ameriabank client?

If you already have an Ameriabank account but do not use Phone Banking, visit any branch to sign the agreement. After you sign the agreement you will get an SMS containing your phone banking password.

What do I do if I have lost or forgotten my phone banking password?

When you activate the phone banking service, you receive the password via SMS. If you have lost or forgotten your password, please visit the nearest Ameriabank branch to recover it. You will need to provide a personal identification document.
