Using our 24/7 service, you can quickly obtain information and advice on the following:

  • accounts, account balances, your agreements with Ameriabank and available services
  • use of cards and service of card accounts  
  • Smart accounts
  • card blocking and unblocking

How to block your card?

Call 010/012 561111 using your phone number recorded with Ameriabank

> Select the language and press 1 

> Enter the last 4 digits of the number on the card you need to block and confirm 


You can also block your card by dialing *116# using the same phone number.

How to get information about your loan?

Call 010/012 561111 using your phone number recorded with Ameriabank

> Select the language and press 2 

> For information about overdraft or credit line, press 1 

> For information about a mortgage loan or consumer loan, press 2

> Enter the 6-digits number of the loan agreement and confirm

You will receive an SMS with your credit code, next payment date, amount due, and total debt

How to get information about your account and card balance?

Call 010/012 561111 using your phone number recorded with Ameriabank

> Select the language and press 3

For the card balance, press 1

Enter the last 6 digits of the card number and confirm

For the account balance, press 2

Enter the bank account number and confirm

How to set a preferential exchange rate?

Call 010/012 561111 using your phone number recorded with Ameriabank

> Select the language and press 5 

In case of compliance with the terms and conditions stated*, press 1

* You may set a preferential exchange rate by phone only if you are a user of the Phone Banking service. The transaction amount should be at least USD 10,000 or its equivalent in other currency.
