Service activation
Phone banking is available from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mon-Fri and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays
The aim of phone banking is to enable you to perform banking transactions over the phone, without visiting the bank.
Check your account balances
Set transaction amount and exchange rate for currency conversion transactions, perform non-cash conversions
Phone banking is also available via mobile and landline phones.
Perform transfers
It is very easy to use phone banking with the Zangi app. Download the application from App Store or Google Play and call our Contact Center at +37410 561111, DM us on Facebook , or send a message via our Live Chat on Ameriabank’s official website in order to activate the phone banking service.
Once you have activated the service, dial 4521 to join us on Zangi.
Via phone banking, you may perform most of your routine banking transactions. You can check your account balance and make transfers between your own accounts and to accounts of other Ameriabank clients and clients of other banks. You may as well pay utility bills, etc.
If you are an Ameriabank client but do not have the phone banking service activated yet, visit any of Ameriabank’s branches to sign the service agreement or fill out the Phone Banking Application Agreement via the Online Banking system. After you have signed the agreement, you will receive an SMS with your Phone Banking password. If you are not an Ameriabank client yet, open an account online and obtain a free card without visiting the Bank.

When you activate the phone banking service, you will receive the password via SMS. If you have lost or forgotten your password, please visit the nearest Ameriabank branch to recover it. You will need to provide a personal identification document.
Your phone banking password is designed to protect your banking information. It is not advisable to disclose it to other people. If you have a joint account, all account holders will need to know the password.

Using phone banking you can receivie information about your current accounts, account balances, agreements executed between you and the bank and available services. You can sett value and exchange rate for FX transactions with the bank beforehand.
