In
the case of issues with the Gift Card (card loss, expiry, damage, loss of PIN,
retention by ATM, etc.), the following persons may apply to the bank:
- the applicant - if the card has not been activated yet
- the beneficiary - if the card has been activated
In the case of card loss, expiry, damage, or loss of
PIN, the bank shall pay the available card balance to the client, whereupon the
fees specified in the terms of service provision are charged.
