Do clients need a special card to enter Lounge Key business lounges?

No A Visa Platinum/Visa Signature/Visa Infinite card is enough to enter. Simply inform the lounge staff that you are a Lounge Key member and present your boarding pass and identification document. The names on the client’s card, boarding pass and ID must match.

If the card is active, and free visits are available, the client can visit the business lounge without paying the fee ($32).

Can a non-cardholder visit Lounge Key business lounges?

Only when accompanying a cardholder. Cardholder’s presence is mandatory.

Can persons accompanying the cardholder access business lounges for free?

No, only cardholders.

How many Guests can accompany the cardholder?

4-6 guests on the average. The number of guests admitted at a time is set by the rules of each business lounge separately.

Does the client need to pay for his/her child in Lounge Key business lounges?

2-4 years old children can visit most business lounges for free.

How long can a client stay in Lounge Key business lounges?

Duration of visit time is determined by the rules of each business lounge. Generally, maximum duration is 3-4 hours.

How to check the number of available free visits?

You can view the history of business lounge visits after registering on Lounge Key website or in mobile application.

Trips are not covered by the insurance if:

You’re traveling despite the doctor’s recommendations against it.
The purpose of your trip is to receive medical treatment/advice.
At the time of trip booking you were aware of any circumstances that could cancel or curtail it.
The main purpose of your trip is sports or sport activities.
The partner or child is traveling without the cardholder.
