30 Jun, 2026 | Press release, All | Return|

The 2026 edition of Lion Finance Group’s (LFG) annual Investor Day took place in Tbilisi and was attended by about 100 international investors, companies, financial institutions, and analysts, including representatives of Firebird, M&G Investments, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, and other organizations.

Investor Day is one of the most important communication platforms for Lion Finance Group and its subsidiaries, Ameriabank and Bank of Georgia, to engage with the international investment community. It provides investors with a comprehensive overview of the group’s strategy, financial performance, and long-term development vision.

During the event, the LFG leadership, as well as representatives of Ameriabank, and Bank of Georgia, delivered reports on the group’s strategy, financial performance, and medium-term horizons.

Martin Galstyan, Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, and Vahe Hovhannisyan, Minister of Finance of Armenia, also spoke at the event.

The discussions covered the macroeconomic environment of the region, economic outlook, as well as the strategic measures that contributed to the stable growth of Lion Finance Group, Ameriabank and Bank of Georgia. The event also highlighted the Group’s digital transformation efforts and technological innovations.

Inclusion of Lion Finance Group in the FTSE 100 index was among the key topics of the Investor Day. Ameriabank, as a member of the group, became the first Armenian company to be included in the list of the 100 largest companies on the London Stock Exchange. LFG appears in FTSE 100 alongside leading international companies such as HSBC, BP, Unilever, Rolls-Royce Holdings, Shell, Barclays, and others.
