Ameriabank received 4 awards at the annual AMX Awards ceremony, taking home three awards from Armenia Stock Exchange and one from the Central Depository of Armenia. 

In particular, Ameriabank was recognized the best in the following categories:

• Best Exchange Member in Corporate Securities Market
• Best Exchange Member in Infrastructure Integration
• Best Reporting Issuer in Corporate Bond Market
• Best Account Operator of Depository System

In 2025 Ameriabank became the first bank in Armenia to provide its investment clients with direct access to the trading system of Armenia Stock Exchange through MyInvest platform. This integration enables MyInvest users to trade on various platforms of Armenia Stock Exchange in real time directly from their mobile app, due to which the number of transactions of Ameriabank clients in the first quarter of 2026 grew by 150% vs the same period of the previous year, while the share of Ameriabank clients’ transactions on one of the exchange’s most active platforms – the corporate bonds market – hit 80%.

In 2025 the total value of bonds issued by Ameriabank reached AMD 63.5 billion, with the total value of bonds placed by the bank amounting to AMD 98 billion. During the reporting period Ameriabank implemented 18 projects in the debt capital market, including placement of debut bonds of three companies. In 2025 Ameriabank also served as a market maker for Series 34 securities for 11 issuers.

As of December 31, 2025, the total volume of bonds issued and traded by Ameriabank amounted to about 28% of the bonds listed on Armenia Stock Exchange.

During the annual AMX Awards ceremony Armenia Stock Exchange and the Central Depository grant awards to active participants of the capital market, recognizing their significant contributions and achievements. This year the awards ceremony was held as part of the event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Armenia Stock Exchange.
