Ameriabank CJSC has issued and is publicly offering nominal coupon book-entry bonds during the period from April 15, 2026 to June 19, 2026, inclusive, with the following terms and conditions:

Ameriabank CJSC program prospectus was registered by the resolution of the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia N 1/133A dated March 25, 2026.

The final terms of issuance have been released at Ameriabank's official website by the following link.

To purchase bonds, the investors shall fill in the application form and deliver it to the Arranger in a due manner. Subject to the application, investors accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the issue.

An order for the purchase of bonds will be considered duly submitted to the Arranger if it has been submitted through any of the following systems or means of communication;

After the completion of bond purchase application and its delivery to the Arranger the interested investors should make the payment to #1570043120372900 bank account opened by Ameriabank CJSC by the end of the bond purchase date.
