Based on the decision of the Board of Directors of "Ameriabank" CJSC, an Annual General Meeting of the Bank's Shareholders is invited, which will take place on April 29 of this year, at 2:30 p.m., at the Head Office of "Ameriabank" CJSC at 2 Vazgen Sargsyan Street, Yerevan.
