AMERIABANK CJSC is seeking quotations for selection of a company providing non-performing assets’ collection services within the scopes of banking functions performed by the Bank.

The interested companies should meet the following criteria:

• availability of specialized lawyers and authorized legal counsels (certificates/licenses should be submitted)

• specialized staff (capacity to work with minimum 10,000 clients)

• experience in the specified field, in particular with financial institutions

• availability of a protected server system 

• availability of a system designed for storage of banking and other secret information 

• availability of the required software 

• organizational and supervisory capacities at judicial (bankruptcy, foreclosure proceedings), extrajudicial and CES stages 

• availability of capacities to collect debts by means of selling properties 

• availability of a contact center

• office conditions 

The price quotation should include the following:

• information on expenses subject to reimbursement 

• guaranteed minimum collection (in percentage terms)

• summary information on other cooperating companies and brief report on the results of previous years

• maximum workload per employee

Interested companies should send a bidding package including substantiated information (documented, with pictures) on availability of the above, a price quotation, a copy of the certificate issued by the state register, and a copy of the charter.  

Please send the electronic set of bidding documents to tenders@ameriabank.am specifying NP-04/22 in the Subject field of the letter. The hard copy of the package should be submitted at 2 V. Sargsyan St., Kamar Business Center, 6th floor, specifying “NP-04/22 - Do not open. For Diana Tonoyan” on the package.   

A cooperation agreement will be signed with the bidder(s) most compliant with the requirements set by Ameriabank CJSC. 

Please also read the file Conflict of Interests and note that companies or individuals are required to inform Ameriabank about any existing or potential conflict of interest situation prior to procurement. In such cases, the respective bidders will not be allowed to participate in the procurement process unless they disclose the conflict of interest in advance and Ameriabank considers it acceptable.
