One of the largest technology events of the year, Tech Week 2025, took place in Vanadzor from July 4 to 6. Ameriabank joined the three-day event as a fintech partner.
“Participation in such initiatives is important, first of all, for young people, as it allows them to see, believe, and understand that through education and a creative mindset, they can build a promising future. Secondly, the balanced development of regions is a critical concern for Armenia, and I am pleased that such events are held in the regions,” commented Hovhannes Toroyan, Chief Financial Officer at Ameriabank, who took part in the discussion titled "The Future of Finance in Armenia. Banks, Fintech and Web3: Conflict or Integration?" as part of Tech Week.
As part of the event, Anna Vardanyants, Head of HRM Service at Ameriabank, took part in a panel discussion titled “Why and How the Tech Career Journey Is Changing in Armenia in the Face of Global Changes”, noting that technology has infiltrated our life and has become its integral part. “Consequently, the skills demanded in the job market are changing rapidly. However, regardless of technology skills, it is crucial not to overlook the significance of communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. We hope that sharing experiences and presenting our insights and vision will assist beginners in launching their careers more smoothly, while encouraging seasoned professionals to strive for new achievements”.
Artyom Shamtsyan, CEO at Dinno CJSC, a subsidiary of Ameriabank, also shared the company’s success story during the Tech Week in a speech titled “DINNO’s First Billion: 7 Principles of the Path to Success”.
It should be noted that the Tech Week platform provides an opportunity to explore globally recognized companies of Armenian origin, their journeys, success stories, and the challenges they have faced, as well as to live that experience and excel.
Tech Week Armenia 2026 will be held in Goris.
