Announcement on the Bank's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
According to the decision No. 03-1/17/03 of the Board of Directors of "Ameriabank" CJSC dated April 10, 2017, the Bank's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is convened, which will take place on April 25 of this year, at 3:00 p.m., Grigor Lusavorcchi, Yerevan in the administrative building of "Ameriabank" CJSC located at 9.
The agenda of the meeting includes the following issues:
- "Ameriabank" CJSC 2016 approval of the annual financial report, balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- "Ameriabank" CJSC 2016 discussion of profit sharing
- Amendments to the regulations of the Board of Directors of "Ameriabank" CJSC

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Annual General Meeting of "Ameriabank" CJSC was compiled as of April 10 of this year based on the data of the Bank's shareholders register.
