Armine Ghazaryan

Member of the Management Board, Chief People and Services Officer

Born on January 01, 1978 in Yerevan.

Armine graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Oriental Languages and Literature in 1999. In 2009 she graduated from the Public Administration Academy of Armenia, Department of Public Administration. 

Armine began her professional career in 2001, as Credit Department Assistant at Converse Bank CJSC. She then moved to HR and continued her professional development as Head of Human Resources Management Department (2004-2008). In 2008 Armine joined Ameriabank as Head of Human Resources Management Unit. 

Considering Armine’s vast experience in human resources management and her leadership skills, she was appointed Chief People and Services Officer of Ameriabank in May 2019. In October of the same year she was appointed member of the Management Board and Chief People and Services Officer.  

Armine has attended professional and training courses and events organized by a number of internationally renowned institutions such as Stanford Graduate School of Business, Skolkovo Business School, Sberbank Corporate University, KFW Business School, Silicon Valley organizations, 15 leading European banks, World Economic Forum, various conferences, etc.

She is confident that people are the core of success for any company.
