Subject to part 4 of Article 43 of the Republic of Armenia law ‘On Banks and Banking’, each participant of Ameriabank CJSC has the right to receive a copy of the annual report and external auditor’s report for the most recent banking year.

Each participant who owns 2 % and more of the Bank’s allocated voting shares has the right to receive the information stipulated by parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of the Republic of Armenia law ‘On Banks and Banking’.

The information is available free of charge and is provided within three business days upon receiving the written request of the participant. The request may be filed:

• Personally at the Bank’s head office or branches
• Via e-mail to info@ameriabank.am
• Via mail to any of the addresses 

The response to the request will be provided via the channel the request was received through.
