Public Offering of Bonds

On February 3, 2022, the program prospectus of Ameriabank CJSC nominal coupon bonds was registered by the resolution of Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia N 1/43A. 

The bonds will be placed during the period from February 20, 2023 to April 28, 2023.

To purchase bonds, the investors should fill in the application form according to the defined procedure and deliver it to Ameriabank CJSC.

After the completion of bond purchase application and its delivery to the Arranger the interested investors should make the payment to #1570043100494501 bank account opened by Ameriabank CJSC by the end of the bond purchase date.
