Statutory capital of "Ameriabank" CJSC
As a result of the placement of additional shares, the authorized capital of "Ameriabank" CJSC was replenished with AMD 46,720,000 (forty-six million seven hundred and twenty thousand), as a result of which the total amount of the Bank's authorized capital was set and currently amounts to 37,347,200,000 (thirty-seven billion three hundred forty-seven million two hundred thousand) AMD.
