We urge you, Starting from March 16, letters addressed to the Bank, including complaints and complaints-demands, should be submitted by telephone:

or through Internet-Bank / Mobile Bank applications.

Once again, we urge all customers to observe the following simple rules when visiting the Bank:

keep enough space from other customers while standing in line,
avoid visiting the Bank with small children,
disinfect hands after completing transactions or working with the ATM/terminal keyboard.
