Ameriabank signed USD 20 million senior debt facility agreement with DEG (Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH). The signing ceremony took place on May 12 in London during EBRD annual meeting. This long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Armenia.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is investing USD 40 million in the acquisition of an equity stake in Ameriabank CJSC, a leading private bank in Armenia.

Ameriabank signed a USD 25 million syndicated term facility agreement with FMO and OeEB. This long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), as well as Renewable Energy (RE) projects in Armenia.

Ameriabank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed a USD 10 million loan agreement. The long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), as well as of energy efficiency (EE) projects in Armenia.

Ameriabank and FMO (Netherlands Development Finance Company) have signed a USD 20mln convertible subordinated debt facility agreement.
