Ameriabank has entered into long-term subordinated loan agreement with Symbiotics SA for USD 15 million, with possible increase of up to USD 25 million. The funds qualify as Bank Tier 2 capital instrument under Basel III framework and are aimed at strengthening the overall capital position of the Bank.

Ameriabank acted as a Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine closed joint stock company’s (“ZCMC” or the “Company”) inaugural bonds. ZCMC, the largest taxpayer in the Republic of Armenia, successfully debuted in the Armenian capital markets with their $50mm and AMD 2.5 billion 3-year bonds offerings.
