Ameriabank has signed USD 25 million Loan Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) aimed at finacing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and women-led businesses.

Ameriabank and Triodos Investment Management have entered into a long-term subordinated loan agreement with the amount of EUR 15M. The subordinated loan qualifies as Bank Tier 2 capital under Basel III framework and will further strengthen the overall capitalization of Ameriabank.

Ameriabank has signed USD 20 million in new loan agreements with responsAbility Investments AG and the Global Climate Partnership Fund (“GCPF”) aimed at financing small and medium size enterprises and green projects in Armenia.

Ameriabank has signed long-term subordinated loan agreements with total volume of USD 17.5M during recent months, with an option to increase by USD 15M if required. The USD 17.5M sub debt funds, attracted from several partner institutions, qualify as Bank Tier 2 capital under Basel III framework and are aimed at strengthening the overall capital position of the Bank.

Ameriabank issued a Green Bond in EUR for the equivalent of USD 50 million, marking a milestone in the local financial market as the first ever Green Bond project in Armenia. The Green Bond was structured in accordance with internationally recognized ICMA Green Bond Principles (the GBP).
