Ameriabank has fully placed its inaugural perpetual Additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital notes, raising a total of USD 100 million. The notes were issued in two tranches, in February and April, with the entire volume of each tranche subscribed ahead of the planned deadline, demonstrating strong investor demand.

Ameriabank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed a loan agreement of up to $100 million to expand access to finance for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Armenia, including women-led businesses, and to scale up green investments.

Ameriabank’s holding company Lion Finance Group (the “Group”) is set to join FTSE 100, as confirmed on 4 March 2026 by FTSE Russell. The Group will be included as a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index from the close of business on Friday, 20 March 2026, effective Monday, 23 March 2026.
