Ameriabank’s holding company Lion Finance Group (the “Group”) is set to join FTSE 100, as confirmed on 4 March 2026 by FTSE Russell. The Group will be included as a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index from the close of business on Friday, 20 March 2026, effective Monday, 23 March 2026.
