Ameriabank has partnered with the European Investment Bank (EIB Global) to secure €105 million in funding, marking the largest direct loan from EIB Global to a bank in Armenia. This landmark financing underscores Ameriabank’s and EIB’s shared commitment to promoting economic development through private sector growth and advancing Armenia’s green transition.

Ameriabank has signed a $200 million long-term loan agreement with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to support climate finance initiatives, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and women-owned MSMEs in Armenia.

Ameriabank has been named the Bank of the Year 2024 in Armenia by The Banker Magazine, a leading financial publication affiliated with the Financial Times (FT). Winners of the Bank of the Year Awards were announced at the 2024 Banker Awards ceremony held in London on December 4.
