Ameriabank is pleased to announce, that it has signed a USD 20 million senior loan agreement with Proparco (subsidiary of Agence Française de Développement focused on private sector development).

Ameriabank successfully placed USD 20 million debt securities with four Luxembourg-based funds via its investment manager responsAbility Investments AG.

Ameriabank signed USD 20 million senior debt facility agreement with DEG (Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH). The signing ceremony took place on May 12 in London during EBRD annual meeting. This long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Armenia.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is investing USD 40 million in the acquisition of an equity stake in Ameriabank CJSC, a leading private bank in Armenia.

Ameriabank signed a USD 25 million syndicated term facility agreement with FMO and OeEB. This long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), as well as Renewable Energy (RE) projects in Armenia.
