Ameriabank is pleased to announce, that it has signed a USD 20 million senior loan agreement with Proparco (subsidiary of Agence Française de Développement focused on private sector development). The loan facility bears a maturity of 6 years and is aimed at financing energy efficiency, renewable energy, agribusiness, food processing, education and health projects. The signing ceremony took place in Yerevan on 29 Nov 2016.

Ameriabank and Proparco started partnership back in 2013 with a USD 15 million loan agreement, which was Proparco’s first credit facility agreement in Armenia and was aimed at SME, energy efficiency and renewable energy project financing.
