Fitch Ratings has revised the Outlook on Ameriabank's Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to Stable from Negative, while affirming the IDR at 'B+'.

Ameriabank signed USD 20 million senior debt facility agreement with DEG (Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH).
