Ameriabank was named Bank of the Year 2015 in Armenia at the Bank of the Year Awards ceremony held on December 2 in London by The Banker, a premier publication of Financial Times.

Ameriabank announced its 3Q and 9M 2015 unaudited financial statements, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Ameriabank signed a USD 25 million syndicated term facility agreement with FMO and OeEB. This long-term facility will be dedicated to financing of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), as well as Renewable Energy (RE) projects in Armenia.
