Eurasian Development Bank and Ameriabank have signed USD 30 million loan agreement aimed at developing small and medium-sized business sector in Armenia. The project will contribute to the expansion of business lending in the country as well as  the development of the real sector.

Ameriabank announces, that it has signed a USD 11.5 million senior loan agreement with Symbiotics’ Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Bond issuance program, with a possibility to increase the amount by an additional USD 10 million in hard or local currency.  The loan facility is aimed at financing micro, small or medium enterprise clients of Ameriabank.

Ameriabank announces unaudited IFRS-based financial results as of the fourth quarter of 2017.

Ameriabank was named Bank of the Year 2017 in Armenia by The Banker, a premier publication of Financial Times. This is the third consecutive and the fifth overall Bank of the Year award of Ameriabank.

Ameriabank has signed a USD 30 million senior loan agreement with the Dutch development bank (FMO). The loan facility is aimed at financing younger retail clientele and SMEs led by young entrepreneurs.
