Skills and experience:

Armine Ghazaryan began her professional career in 2001, as Credit Department Assistant at Converse Bank CJSC. In 2004-2008 she pursued her professional growth in human resources management sector, holding the position of the Head of Personnel Management Division at the same bank. In October 2008 she was appointed Head of Human Resources Management Unit at Ameriabank CJSC.

Considering Armine Ghazaryan’s vast experience in human resources management sector and her leadership skills, she was appointed Chief People and Services Officer of the Bank in May 2019. Since October 2019 she has been holding the position of member of the Management Board, Chief People and Services Officer.

Armine Ghazaryan has attended professional and training courses and events organized by a number of internationally renowned institutions (such as Stanford Graduate School of Business, Skolkovo Business School, Oxford Training LTD, Sberbank Corporate University, KFW Business School, Silicon Valley organizations, 15 leading European banks /World Economic Forum (WEF)/, various conferences, etc.).

She is confident that people are the core of success for any company.

Education:

Graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Department of Oriental Languages and Literature in 1999. Graduated from the Public Administration Academy of the RA, Department of Public Administration in 2009.
