Ameriabank announces 2023 Q2 unaudited financial results

Ameriabank has won in 3 nominations of Global Finance World’s Best Digital Banks Awards. In particular, the Bank has received awards for the Best Innovation and Transformation in Armenia for 2023, the Best Online Product Offerings in Armenia for 2023, and the Best in Consumer Lending in Armenia for 2023.

Ameriabank has been honored with four awards for achievements in environmental and social sustainability financing at the third annual Sustainable Finance Awards by Global Finance magazine, held recently in London, UK. In particular, Ameriabank has been named the Best Bank in Sustainable Finance in Armenia for the second year in a row and honored in 3 other regional nominations for its outstanding leadership in sustainability initiatives in Central and Eastern Europe.

Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") upgraded Ameriabank’s Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) to ba3 from b1 and affirmed the bank’s long-term deposit ratings at Ba3. The rating agency also changed the outlook on the Ba3 long-term deposit ratings to stable from negative.

Team Telecom Armenia, one of the largest telecommunication companies in Armenia, launched Initial Public Offering (IPO) with Ameriabank acting as the sole arranger for the process.
