Ameriabank was named Bank of the Year 2019 in Armenia by The Banker magazine, a premier publication of Financial Times. This is the sixth Bank of the Year award of Ameriabank within last 9 years.

Ameriabank announces 2019 Q3 unaudited financial results

Ameriabank acted as a Lead Arranger and Bookrunner for Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine closed joint stock company’s (“ZCMC” or the “Company”) inaugural bonds. ZCMC, the largest taxpayer in the Republic of Armenia, successfully debuted in the Armenian capital markets with their $50mm and AMD 2.5 billion 3-year bonds offerings. Ameriabank will be also the market maker of the bonds on the Armenia Securities Exchange.

Ameriabank CJSC and FMO (Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank) signed USD 20 million equivalent Local Currency Facility Agreement channeled to “green” projects and youth financing in Armenia.
