As a leader bank in the debt capital market and investment banking in Armenia, Ameriabank has been actively involved in corporate bond market for years, while at this time the Bank arranged the placement and acts as the market maker for the AMD denominated bonds issued by two leading international financial institutions - IFC and EBRD. Bonds have been listed at Nasdaq OMX Armenia on February 7th, 2014 and will be available for trading from February 12th, 2014.

For both placements, Ameriabank acted as lead manager and arranger jointly with HSBC Bank Armenia.
