THE CLIENT BEARS THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH INVESTMENT SERVICES. The bank SHALL NOT REIMBURSE losses incurred by the Client, unless such losses are caused by negligent or unethical conduct on the part of the Bank.

The Client has the right to correspond with the Bank via the channel preferred by the Client – by regular or electronic mail.

Ameriabank can request clients to provide additional information or documents, as well as ask additional questions during interviews, in pursuit of Know Your Customer practices required under the Law of the Republic of Armenia On Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
