Requirements to the leased item	Maximum capacity of solar power plant: 500 kW
Requirements to the lessee	Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs
Down payment	Minimum 5%
Minimum and maximum limits of finance	Minimum: AMD 5 million Maximum: AMD 200 million
Lease nominal interest rate**	8.5%-9.5%
Lease effective interest rate	8,83 % - 10 %
Currency	AMD
Lease term	From 6 months to 10 years
Accrual of interest	Interest accrues on outstanding amount of finance
Non-payment or improper payment of principal and interest***	Fine in the amount of 0.13% of overdue principal and/or interest for each day of delay (breach of the due dates of liabilities)
Fee for provision of finance	0%-1% of the amount of finance, maximum AMD 500,000
Insurance	Required: to be obtained by the lessee for the full value of leased item during the first year and for at least outstanding principal amount of finance for each subsequent year

* These terms do not apply to finance lease issued under the RA Law “On Consumer Crediting”.
** The rate and term of lease depend on the level of risk associated with the contract, type of property to be purchased and specifics of business. Lease rate depends also on term of lease.
Maximum lease rate shall not exceed 10%.
*** Whenever applied, the maximum annual rate or aggregate amount of fines and/or penalties under the Agreement shall be within the limits defined under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
