ligible lessees	A legal entity that should have been operating for: the latest 6 months if the Company operates in the fields of trade and/or services the latest 12 months if the Company operates in the production field
Requirements to the leased item	The leased item may be purchased both in Armenia and abroad
Advance payment	15% minimum Advance payment to principal: 15/100%
Currency	AMD USD EUR
Lease interest rate**	AMD - 11% (effective rate: 13.7%-15.5%) USD - 8% (effective rate: 8.8%-11.6%) Euro - 6% (effective rate: 6.6%-9.4%)
Lease term	6 months to 5 years

* These terms do not apply to finance lease issued under the RA Law “On Consumer Crediting”.
** The rate and term of lease depend on the level of risk associated with the contract, type of property to be purchased and specifics of business. Lease rate depends also on term of lease.
Maximum lease rate shall not exceed 24%.
