TITLE: Generation A7
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
DURATION: 3 months
TERM: Full time (09:00-18:00, from Monday-Friday)



Ameriabank is looking for driven, motivated and enthusiastic young people to join our Team and pass on-job exclusive training with Ameriabank CJSC top members and outstanding specialists. Those interns who complete Generation A program successfully will be considered for employment in different units.


Generation A aims to prepare young team of professionals, who will be ready to cope with various challenges, come up with their own new ideas and approaches and make their personal impact in the creation of important and useful values for society. In the scope of the programme the young people interact with experienced and outstanding professionals, gain insight into real-life business environment and get familiarized modern technologies and latest trends.


You should definitely become a part of GENERATION A if you are:

  • YOUNG: 20-25 years old
  • DRIVEN: enthusiastic for a career in Ameriabank CJSC
  • EDUCATED: students or graduates of the top universities in the fields of Finance and Economy, Technical and Humanitarian studies, etc.. Besides, computer literate and have strong command of languages (Armenian, English , Russian)
  • CREATIVE: ready to face the challenges and come up with innovative ideas and new approaches,
  • TEAM-PLAYER: fair, cooperative, constructive and reliable, displaying critical thinking skills and able to cooperate with colleagues from different cultural, social and gender groups
  • ENTHUSIASTIC: open and flexible self-starter open to change

There are four fundamental procedures which you should complete to become a part of Generation А: Application, Selection, Training and Hiring.

If you are interested to meet new challenges and become a part of Dream Team you are welcome to fill in the application formenclosing the motivation letter and CV and send to e-mail. Please clearly indicate in the subject of your letter Generation A and your name, otherwise the message may not be considered due to automatic routing processes in place. 


After completing the first requirements be ready to be called to pass testing.
To be ready for test you should have basic knowledge regarding the following topics:

  • Summary of the Bank’s Balance Sheet
  • Assets, Liabilities and Total Capital of the Bank, Relationship between them
  • Asset, Liability and Off-Balance Sheet Transactions of the Bank
  • Exchange Rate Effect on the Bank Activity
  • Profitability Ratios and Their Interconnection
  • IQ Test

If you successfully complete the tests you will be invited for interview.

The main focuses of the “Training Program” are the following:

  • Orientation module
  • knowledge module
  • skills module
  • practice module


Once trainings are completed, the best graduates will get a chance to be interviewed and offered challenging opportunities within Ameriabank CJSC.
